4 oz gin (1/2 cup)

2 oz orange juice freshly squeezed (1/4 cup)

1 cup strawberries sliced {plus more for optional garnish}

1 TBSP sugar

2 TBSP very hot water

• 1/2 cup sparkling water

Instructions

• Stir together gin, freshly squeezed orange juice, and strawberries.
• In a small bowl, stir together sugar and hot water until sugar is dissolved. Stir into gin mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
• When ready to serve, pour into glasses and top with equal parts sparkling water. Garnish with strawberries if desired. Enjoy!
