It's springtime. There are a lot of things going on spiritually this month. It's Passover season and Easter time. Easter means different things to different people.
For the sanctified woman, Easter means Easter clothes. Putting on something pastel and just feeling like spring!
It's OK to get dressed up and show out this Easter because it's offering time! A time to give to God and that's something to celebrate!
In his book, "The Seven Blessings of Passover," author Steve Munsey lists 7 supernatural blessings that are released when you give an offering during Passover.
Easter Sunday falls right in the middle of Passover, so if you give your best offering on Easter Sunday, These seven blessing will be released in your life.
1. God will assign an angel to you.
2. God will be an enemy to your enemies.
3. God will give you prosperity.
4. God will take sickness away from you.
5. God will give you a long life.
6. God will cause increase in your life.
7. God will give you a special year's blessing.
(Rom 8:2) "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death." I thank God for abundant life. If you are reading this, believe that Houston Texas is a great place to live! So let's look and feel GREAT! That's is what this blog is about! Putting H-Town on the Hood Map!

Back to Basics
Every woman should know the 3 basic steps to skincare.
1. Cleanse
2. Tone
3. Moisturize
Aularale has got you covered ladies. Their basic skincare set is phenomenal! It works. One individual said they wouldn't put any other product on their skin!
I can remember following these 3 steps and burning my skin as a teenager. I used a glycerin soap which wasn't so bad but it left a waxy film on my skin. I used alcohol and peroxide as a toner (bad bad bad); and skipped the moisturizer altogether until alpha-hydroxy products came out. I didn't read up enough on what an alpha-hydroxy was and ended up with red welts on my skin.
After that my skincare routine consisted of a bar of sulfur soap from the health food store. Again, it left a waxy film. One day I discovered Aularale: and eventually, I made a purchase. I saw a 100% improvement in my skin. My skin was softer, clear and had an even glow. Everything about the basic skincare set is good. The quantity, the quality and definitely the results.
These products must be used properly. The cleanser is so exclusive that in order to get maximum results, you must use a facial cleansing brush. It's a wonderful, personal investment and it's so much fun shopping for one.
Use cotton pads to apply the toner and you don't rinse it off!

Black History Month: A Change is Going to Come!

Black History is also about the future and progress. This month's blog is about an up an coming Houstonian that everyone needs to know! She is Prophetess Kendria Moore. Not only is she called to the cloth, she is an upstanding citizen who was nominated for the "Good Life Award" in 2013. Those are just a few of her accomplishments.
Superbowl LI is going to bring about a change in the city. Lady Gaga is performing the halftime show and she's ushering in something that is going to break the conservative veneer off the mindset of the people in Houston. People will begin to embrace their identity and appreciate their individuality. Because Houston has been a conservative city for so long, if the people don't stay grounded, they can get lost in the matrix.
Houston needs people like Kendria Moore who have answered the prophetic call to be on the front line of this movement. She is someone to connect with when you find yourself in unfamiliar territory in your own hometown. She hosts prophetic conferences in Houston and the surrounding regions. She has hosted high-level Christian generals such as Dr. N. Cindy Trimm and Dr. Juanita Bynum. To learn more visit http://www.propheticflowministries.com/

Sparkle and Shine

I’m an artist, MUA and skincare consultant. I moved here from the Midwest five years ago. I’m a city girl all the way and when I first moved to Houston, I was fortunate to live downtown. I was able to walk the streets of downtown at night without the distractions of the work day crowds. I couldn’t believe how beautiful and modern this city is.
