2ozorange juicefreshly squeezed (1/4 cup)
1cupstrawberriessliced {plus more for optional garnish}
1TBSPsugar
2TBSPvery hot water
1/2cupsparkling water
Instructions
Stir together gin, freshly squeezed orange juice, and strawberries.
In
a small bowl, stir together sugar and hot water until sugar is
dissolved. Stir into gin mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
When ready to serve, pour into glasses and top with equal parts sparkling water. Garnish with strawberries if desired. Enjoy!
