There is a lot of misinformation when it comes to diet and nutrition. If you want to be set free from bad health and starvation, then read the "Maker's Diet" by Jordan S. Rubin! (check it out from the local library) I couldn't put it down, I read it from cover to cover. I was happy to learn that eggs are good for you and I feel much better.
